This is an office space designed for a competition by ArchDais.

Presenting to you the Happy Office which is perfect for 24 hours of thinking and working. We have created a space that is just perfect for designers and architects, with a lot of open space for the entire staff to do a lot of brainstorming and generate tons of creative thought, with minimal enclosed spaces. Every level has loads of open space to keep the constant interaction, transparency and visibility to the entire space. A reception at the beginning of the space with a water body to generate the essence of calmness with the sound of falling water, a seating space along with the water body for discussions and unwinding. The receptions area leads to the cafe with is a public zone and also has a stairway that leads to the private area. The cafe leads to open seating and the area is dedicated to all kinds of events. The event room has a full length collapsible for extending the area when there is a need to cater to a larger audience. On reaching level 1 you enter through the meeting room which has been thoughtfully created for client meetings and discussions. You cross a bridge that leads you to terrace space and then to the studio for the entire staff. As you move along you use the stairway to level 2 which has the conference room and the main terrace. Having the conference room as a completely different zone was a thoughtful idea to avoid noise and disturbance. Glass has been used to create transparency between all the zones to stay connected and so that no one is kept away from any kind of activity. A lot of natural light, open spaces and water bodies to
keep everyone happy while accessing the space.
